Here is an email I received today. Under the "blue" link in the picture is a URL to a 3rd party, a page called Change Payment Method which is made to look like Earthlink and where the 3rd Party will steal my credit card info. Don't fall for these schemes.
Don't click links in an email. Go out to your browser and enter your site from there, directly. You see the domain on this link is "sowtmasr" it is not Earthlink's support domain.
