What Is The Main Thing To Consider When Picking An Online Job?

Choosing a career is a very different thing from choosing a job or choosing which company to work for. While a job, in essence, is a way to trade time for money, and a company is the place where you do it, a career is a much bigger and more important concept. Your career is what you hope to be doing throughout your working life. While a a career usually consists of multiple jobs, it has a unifying theme.

For me it was meeting people who already work for the company longer than a year. Why? Because I guess that no one would waste more than a year of their life on a job that does not pay!

FIRST I MET MY UPLINES 

It is great to make new friends while working. Meeting your sponsor or uplines in person is possible only if you live in the same country, but there is always an alternative like Skype calls, Google Hangouts, or maybe WhatsUp and Viber calls.

THEN I FORMED MY TEAM

I started with friends and friends of friends. It was quite an experience, as I did not learn everything about the job yet. So we learned together supporting each other, and with great help from our uplines.
