Are You Following the SFI Map to Achieve Success?
Many people suffer from being rational dreamers. They want to achieve a big dream but hold themselves back by being risk averse. They don't want to disrupt the status quo and play things safe.
To coax themselves out of their comfort zones, people learn to set goals. I consider the process of goal setting to be like arranging checkpoints along the way to a desired end. Setting and meeting small goals can serve as a thermometer check on progress, measuring advancement and indicating an overall plan's viability. One way to stay on target is to follow the Map! Where are you on the Map? Are you at step 1....step 2 or step 3?
Minimum Action Plan (MAP)
1. Move up to Executive Affiliate ( EA) first. Your next focus should be to reach Bronze Team Leader Status. Then, Join the Opti Plan to help your downline grow.
2. Find 5 to join up with you.These 5 Affiliates should complete their LaunchPad training, be willing to make the commitment to read, study, follow instructions and of course, log in each day to the Affiliate Center to do their daily tasks and score Versapoints.( Remember that you should also be doing the same thing yourself.)
Keep adding new PSAs to your group until you find the 5 that are willing to be on your team. Keep working and it will soon happen. Note..You usually find 5 quality PSAs one by one. It is a step by step process.
3. Coach and mentor your Active Team. Help them to develop their 5. Some will work at their own pace. Have patience with your Team from month to month. It is easy to work with them as long as they are scoring Versa points each month. Your long Term goal is to reach the Diamond Team Leader Status.
This is the basic foundation of every successful SFI business.If you are not having the success you desire, always assess yourself and look at the MAP. Identify and work in the area where you are lacking (You can always do more, but never do less). We become overwhelmed when we try to take in too much or do too much, and get caught up in the details and lose focus on the basics. Use the MAP to filter out the noise. SFI isn't "rocket science". It's "1st-grade science".
